- Joseph Salvadore: Joseph Salvatore teaches writing and literature at the New School. His collection of stories, “To Assume a Pleasing Shape,” will be published in November.
- Rebecca Keith‘s poems and other writing have appeared in Best New Poets (2009), The Laurel Review, The Rumpus, The Awl, BOMBlog, Dossier, Storyscape, The Millions, and elsewhere. She holds an MFA in poetry from Sarah Lawrence College, was a semi-finalist for the 2010 “Discovery”/Boston Review poetry contest and has received honors from the Atlantic Monthly and BOMB magazine. A native of downtown New York, Rebecca is a founder, curator, and host of Mixer Reading and Music series at Cakeshop. - MATT UFFORD: a graduate of Northwestern and a Marine veteran of the 2003 invasion of Iraq. He now writes about television and the NFL, respectively, at the humor blogs Warming Glow and Kissing Suzy Kolber. He remains an outspoken advocate and fundraiser for veterans’ causes.

- DEB OLIN UNFERTH is an American short-story writer, novelist, and memoirist. She is the author of the collection of stories Minor Robberies, the novel Vacation, both published by McSweeney’s, and the memoir, Revolution: The Year I Fell in Love and Went to Join the War, published by Henry Holt.
- CARTER EDWARDS is the author of the forthcoming novella ‘knucklebone.’ He is the managing editor of Pax Americana and received his MFA from The New School. His work is featured in Mathematics Magazine, BOMB, The Sink Review as well as Hobart which nominated him for a 2011 Pushcart Prize. He is also a Literary Death Match champion and has the medal to prove it.
- COURTNEY MAUM spent three years in her mid-twenties driving around Paris in a Coronamobile as a party promoter but she doesn’t do that now. She is currently working on a collection of comic meta-fiction and naming products and brands to pay the mortgage on her log cabin in the Massachusetts woods. Maum’s first short story collection, “Small Things in Big Places” won honorable mention in the Dzanc Short Story Collection contest.

- Melissa Febos: Her memoir, Whip Smart, was published by St. Martin’s Press/Thomas Dunne Books in March 2010. She co-curates and hosts the popular monthly music and reading series, Mixer, on the Lower East Side, and teaches writing and literature at SUNY Purchase College, NYU, & The New School. She is currently at work on a novel about music, madness, and dioramas.
- Shelly Oria: has published fiction in McSweeney’s, the Indiana Review, Quarterly West, cream city review, and the Spectrum Anthology. She has served as senior editor at Storyscape and has taught at the Baccalaureate School for Global Education. She curates the Actors Reading Writers series and is the co-producer of Literary Death Match Tel Aviv.
